The “Hail Caesar” Micro Learn to Play game at our September monthly game day which saw Eddie Mosley, Pete Palmer (Saxons) vs Tom Stevenson & Burt Campbell (Vikings) moving my homemade card-stock units as they formed up to do battle. The Saxons started a bit dispersed but, moved as quickly as they could to form up and engage with a couple of units that had archers. The Vikings pushed into contact as fast as possible, but not before taking a few hits from the Saxons. Once contact was made the Vikings pressed hard on the enemy line and neither Pete nor Eddie were having any luck with the dice. The day went to the Vikings, but I am sure we will see a rematch along the way.
