Game Description: The Star Kingdom of Manticore and the Peoples Republic of Haven have been at war for some 50 years. Both sides have had great successes and abject failures. The war has settled into a stalemate with both sides maintaining their respective systems. A large swath of systems are between the two warring parties that are not under anyone’s control in an area called the Neutral Zone. A few days ago, both sides detected a unidentified power emission within the Neutral Zone. Both sides mustered a fleet to investigate.
