August Game Day 08/18/24 West Battle of The Little Big Horn

It was a Western theme on tap at both of our Monthly Games Days on Sunday 08/18 as at the Miniature Market Cave Springs we saw George Armstrong Custer engaged with more than just a few Native Americans in a place knows as The Little Big Horn.

Chris Ketcherside put on a great display of the battle with a board made of hexagons, each designed to build the great presentation of terrain at the battlefield.

An interesting and unique terrain build.

The miniatures looked great as they headed off to do battle.

Chris tells us…

“Little Big Horn ended with a historically accurate Native victory.    But, the cavalry did inflict greater casualties this time. ”

“Game is still in need of tweaking, thanks to all who played it without realizing we were all still playtesters.”

A Thank You To Chris for bringing us this interesting scenario, great looking miniatures and terrain. We look forward to more Wild West adventures. Thanks also to the great staff at Miniature Market Cave Springs for their support.
