Steve Lowry gives us a brief AAR of his presentation of his great looking Action Under Sail game from Wednesday Night at Fantasy Books & Games in O’Fallon, IL.
“We had a hard fight action this evening at the fantasy shop in O’Fallon Illinois between the French and the British of India in 1782.”
“The French took an aggressive approach of breaking into four sections to attempt breaking the British line. They succeeded with one of the sections, causing a British ship to cease-fire“.“
“However, the next turn a French ship received two broadsides one being with grape at point blank range and the ship was forced to strike.“
“The British claimed victory, although five of the British ships had to take morale checks that turn.”
