 Heth's Confederate Division has deployed for battle astride the Chambersburg Pike, having pushed Union cavalry back beyond a ridge just ahead........the fight for the Herbst's Woods and McPherson's Ridge now begins!  We'll play this iconic action on a new, custom-made game mat, displaying all the important fences and features from the battlefield, using Warlord's Epic 13.5mm minis, for 4 players, and hosted by Dave Schaffner.

DESCRIPTION: This is a double-blind game variant of George Knapp's strategic Sicily game. 2-5 players represent the air, land, and naval forces of Italy, Germany, Great Britain, and the United States. Each side will play out the game on its own 3-D map of Sicily (Courtesy of Pat Lewis) blocked from the view of their opponents. Each playing piece generally represents a brigade, while each turn represents about four days of combat.
Players will attempt to defeat and delay their enemies as they compete with their ally. They must pay close attention to the road network and keep their units supplied, while attempting to cut the supply line of their enemies. They will only receive information on the enemy units engaged after they have joined battle. Axis forces will attempt to do as much damage as possible as they conduct a strategic retreat and hopefully achieve eventual evacuation from Messina. The Allies must try to cut them off before the Axis units can be evacuated, with the conquest of Messina as the ultimate prize.

Chariot Race Enlarged and Enhanced 
In Chariot Race, players participate as charioteers in a great race in ancient Rome. Use the dice to complete two laps on the dusty arena's circuit and be the first to steer your chariot over the finish line. On a player's turn, if they have gained enough Favors of Fortuna, they can repair their chariot. Depending on the chariot's speed on the previous turn and its current condition, the initial speed is determined, which defines how many of the five dice will be rolled during the turn. Each face of the six-sided dice allows a different action: Gain new Favors, increase or decrease speed, change lanes, or attack opponents (either directly by hurling javelins or indirectly by dropping caltrops in their path). if the first roll is not satisfactory, the player may call on Fortuna to influence the dice, as long they have her favor. Once the result is set, the player moves their chariot forward according to the final speed they achieved and may then take actions against their rivals.

DESCRIPTION:  On the morning of 11 August 1944, the 16th Panzer Division reinforced by the 501st Heavy Panzer Battalion attacked the 53rd Guards Tank Brigade reinforced by the 71st Independent Guards Heavy Tank Regiment in the town of Oględów, Poland. This clash of giants would be the first action between the German Tiger II and the Soviet JS II heavy tanks.

Description:  it is 1941 and the Germans are quickly pushing through the Ukraine.  While large-scale Soviet resistance was shattered, countless smaller delaying actions cost the Germans valuable time.  Play Soviet marines, tankers, and NKVD against German infantry and tankers as they push their way to the Crimea.
