Princess Penelope, a visiting noble from the court of Provence, has suffered a most scandalous theft – her prized pair for pink and purple pantaloons woven from rare silks and adorned with royal embroidery, were stolen with her other baggage while enroute to visit the Royal Court.. A set of footpads known only as the Lowry gang had unknowingly made off with these prized unmentionables hoping to sell them to the highest bidder at the remote Le Blanc farm where they are hiding out.
Such was the setting for our game of “….And One for All ” held at Miniature Market Cave Springs on this rainy Thursday.
Other groups of scalawags, highway men, road agents and rascals included Pat L, Mark J, and Mark W. with Steve T controlling the Red Guard and DJ with our heroes The King’s Musketeers.
The action heated up quickly around the Le Blanc farm as Pat L attacked tand wounded one of the Lowry Gang and did some searching through the luggage. Steve T using the Cardinal’s high position ordered the Sisters of Perpetual Responsibility to move from the area of the action towards the tree line while attempting to to seize control of the large wagon which DJ’s Musketeers had already grabbed.

Looking down on the action we see Pat L and Steve L engaged in a duel while one of Mark W’s rouges searches through the trunks left behind.
Once Steve L lucked out and found Princes Penelope’s Prized Pink and Purple Pantaloons in a barrel on the large wagon all the players gravitated that way and did so quickly. Move, countermove, blocking, were all in the mix as steel blades flashes and insults were traded.
It was a fast and furious action as the sides worked to outmaneuver Steve L, but it all came to naught as he created just enough of an alley to escape the board with the prize. While we should not mention the unmentionables, we can safely say that Prince Penelope’s Prized Pink and Purple Pantaloons are currently “in the wind” and she is not at all pleased. There will be a reckoning at the barracks of the Musketeers and certainly a similar one at the headquarters of the Red Guard. Certainly more adventures await…. Until then it’s …..All for One and One for All……
