Tuesday Night was a busy one at Game Nite with two games on the tables. A bit of fantasy miniatures using “Lion Rampant” rules by Osprey Games and a “Bolt Action” scenario.
Once again Andrew serves as our imbedded Tuesday Night reporter sending in some great pics and a nifty report to the Intergalactic Headquarters of Big Muddy Historical Gaming Alliance – St. Louis.

“Today’s game one is Lord of the Rings, but bigger this week! Men of Gondor face off against a marauding Orc force!”

“Stalwart archers from the fiefdom of Ringlo Vale loose a volley of arrows at the warg riders!’

‘A beautiful Bolt Action game on Table Two!’

‘The Orcs are plagued by lackluster activation rolls, but Sauron’s a tricky guy.’

‘The infantry meet in the center!’

‘A rampaging troll wreaks havoc in the Gondor center!’

‘The Bolt Action table features SAS and Afrika korps, in a particularly verdant North African town!’

“The lines begin to solidify and waver as the engagement progresses”

“The scrum in the center is becoming rather bloody”

“The SAS’s noses are collectively bloodied by grueling DAK fire.”

“The Dragon Rampant game was incredibly bloody, with Gondor being driven off both hills, with all their heroes slain. Not many Orcs survived, and both trolls were felled, but Orc lives are sold more cheaply. Overall, a narrow Orc victory. “

“Big thanks to John, Cory, Jason, Kieth, Pat, Mark, and Nate for coming out and playing!”

Thanks to all the GMs and players. We express our gratitude to Game Nite for their continued support and remind our community to shop local.
