Although it is generally rather cool in the North Seas area, the action was hot for this scenario featuring Victorian Era Steampunk naval combat at Game Nite at the end of October.
The premise of the scenario was that both British and Prussians leaders had despatched fleet elements in a struggle to control valuable minerals, the black gold of North Sea oil.
A look at the navies making their best speed as they did their best to outmaneuver on another. Players were also challenged by the untimely arrival of icebergs to further complicate matters for them.
The oil platforms seem to have taken some damage as well as a few vessels.
